Finally added the introduction page:
Used the same background and changed the alpha opacity, and added the text as a button. Before, it was all on the same scene with different layers and frames. I encountered a common problem where when one button is clicked, the rest doesn't work and it says my timeline has some errors and stuff.
So, I transferred everything and made everything one frame, and just switched the visibility around with Action Script and everything works again.

Had some troubles with Action Script, because I animated these on different files again but it's all good because I transferred them back together. I had a lot of problems with the 'symbols' though because they were linked to each other, and I needed to use the same ape to animate all of the other actions and it got really confusing and frustrating :(
This is the trash can scene:
Opening the trashcan. Inserted new layer of 'floating' banana but it's behind the trashcan so it stays hidden and can float up later.
Floating. I made the frames last longer so that the banana would have the effect of floating up and down.

I started animating my first scene. This is the stranger hotspot. Bob Bananas tries to find his bananas, confronts the green monkey stranger and punches him. In the end, he surrenders. This was animated in a different file because I wasn't sure what the implications on Action Script were, since it was my first time using it etc

This will be the scene I am using. I am re-using the same environment because it will best fit my interactive scene anyway.
I've created new objects that include the trash can, a stranger monkey and a tin can. Those will be the three hot spots of the interactive scene where users can click on them and expect something to happen.Labels: project 4
At first, I had an idea of making my interactive world into a game where Bob Bananas continuously walks through this looping environment and he keeps on punching humans. It's more like an arcade game, etc. but I gave it more thought and it may not work out so well.
So, I thought of creating an interactive world where users can click on things and Bob Bananas interacts with the objects around him, e.g. there's a random monkey or human, and by clicking on them, Bob Bananas would walk over and punch him.

Another idea could be there are random things on the floor plus humans and apes, Bob would be punching every single of them with a mouse click and it could be an objective to help Bob release his anger.
However, I spoke to Suren and he says there should be more point to my current idea and we have a totally new idea.
The concept is that Bob is going crazy without bananas so he's trying to find where the bananas are. There are bananas hidden in the screen of the flash, and by clicking on the clickable objects e.g. monkey is there, he punches the monkey and the monkey reveals a banana. So the user is able to discover around the world, interact and find the bananas, making it more fun and more of purpose.
